I have also recieved the " You Won" letter from Security Transfer Systems signed by Samuel S. Conway. I have read several others on here with the same problem. The address listed is 10120 W. Flamingo Rd. Ste. 4, Las Vegas, NV. Here is some info I was able to find, this is the address of a PostNet location, so most likely this goes into a private PO Box. I have not called this location yet, but will very soon to inform them of this. I would think that this would give PostNet bad business if they found out about this and nothing to help stop it. I am sure that they have the records to ID who this person or people are, perhaps they should give this info to Las Vegas PD, wonder if they'll do anything.
