My son was involved in a TC not his fault and the Oceanside PD called for a tow to remove my damaged Mustang. A very shoddy looking flatbed from this ripoff company with an even filthier looking and smelling black man told me I have norights to have my vehicle towed from the scene. I di according to the PD. Then they damaged the vehicle more loading it on the truck. As I called the company, the alleged owner told me in order to remove the vehicle or contents from the vechicle, I would have to pay $2000.00 on Mon morning and the charges are $250.00 a day after that.

To even respond to this blatant false story would give it legitimacy.  However,  I cannot let the lies go uncontested.

Anyone with any intelligence would know that the claims that he made are completely false.  I mean really??  $2000 for towing??  $250 for storage??  If that were even remotely true, there would be an immediate investigation by both the CHP and the City of Oceanside who govern our contracts.  The towing for this vehicle was $192 and the storage charge was $40 per day for 4 days.  The total of this customers bill was $352, which by the way was paid for by his insurance company.

This customer was completely out of control.  He didn't mention the fact that the police had to be called to our impound yard because of his violent and beligerent attiude.  I won't even address the racist comments made about our employees.

I was at the scene as I was called there. I do know what the driver looked like. Pretty interesting that even my neighbors have nothing good to say about your company either. Yes I was screwed by your driver and company and an atty will deal with this issue. I will blog about your company and the BAD deeds and service you provide. See, if you spoke to your smelly driver, you would have had an itelligent rebuttal that I was there on the scene and spoke to him and stated I would call AAA for a tow. The PD stated I could do that and as I was leaving for the hospital following the OFD ambulance carrying my son, I was calling them. I told an officer that b4 I left and your truck grabbed the car and took off. You stole it and that all there is.

Interesting how even though your "son" was in the accident you seem to know a lot of the specifics.  Such as what the tow truck driver looked like, what the driver said, and that the vehicle was damaged more by the company.

If the police called the tow company, and even at the scene the tow truck driver said that "you" had no rights in the tow..why didn't "you" talk to the officer?

If the police said you had rights, then what did they do when you told them that this company was going to charge you $2000 and then $250/day?
