Well, first of all I would just like to say that the individual who filed the rip off report never gives any details. Infact he also posts a ficticious name. he/she claims our firm has a dozen or more claims against us with the AZ ROC yet when I looked up all 5 of our CURRENT licenses, all I could find was 2 open complaints and NONE that were ever disciplined by the AZ ROC. This individual also wants to go on further to say that that our employees are unsupervised and are not qualified, however they are not as quick to give examples or specifics on why they make these accusations.

I would just like to say that we have been in business as Sandoval and Sons,LLC for about 11 yrs. in the Phoenix Metro area and have serviced between 300 and 400 customers a year. We build our relationships on the idea that our customers aren't just a contract number they are an intricate part of our success and welcome any suggestions that they might have for the future growth of our business. In closing I strongly welcome this individual who posted this accusation to post more details so that we can counter accordingly and or attempt to resolve an issue that perhaps has never been brought to our attention.

We have always demonstrated to the public that we don't run away, hide, avoid or cover up any issues/problems between us and our clients. To prove this theory, the AZ ROC files are a matter of public record and every single complaint that has ever been filed against us is available for viewing.
