Sanicare Pacific International Their product is very inferior compare to their comperitor made of plastic. If you order it you are not allow to return it like you do with other companies. Las Vegas, Nevada

This is a total Ripoff.  Read their return policy before you order.  Their product is inferior to their competitors.  Most of their parts are made of plastic.  Your cannot return as soon as your place your order you are stocked with this inferior product.  When you get the actual merchandise you find out their poor quality but you cannot return it if you are not satisfied.  This return policy will send a warning that this Sanicare if a total ripoff.

I can say that this is a person who does not know what he's talking about. Read before filing a report. Just because you did not get it your way, your only option is to file an UNTRUE report. How immature some people are. Let us get this straight once and for all. Return policy: The return policy is listed on the website for a customer like you to read even after you checkout, you can read the return policy. Why then you did not read it? I agree with you that you have to read any company's return policy whatsoever.
Product is inferior? What made you say that? Just because your product did not do it's job to your "personal satisfaction", then it's inferior? How immature that is. Our hand bidets are used all over the world. Some of them are installed in luxury hotels, even personal jets and used by large companies (Heard of Tyson Foods Corp.?) The product you purchased is "NOT DEFECTIVE - meaning there is nothing wrong with it. The FACT is, you are not "personally satisfied" with it and your report is totally our of alignment. Our return policy is the same policy other companies use so what makes it different to your taste? In conclusion, better get your facts straight before you blame such a company.

False Claims from Customer

I am a co-worker of the person/employee who handled this issue. 

First of all, our company ships orders within 24 hours and it's clearly stated on the website that once the order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled but can be refused or returned to us (if she wants). She claimed that she sent cancellation email within 24 hours. We told her we did not receive any email (which happens sometimes due to many factors) and when we asked her to FORWARD an email she replied that she could not find it, as she just had computer crash.

We clearly told her that it can be RETURNED to us (not a problem) but there will be restocking fee which is standard on most online companies. Also, a claim form must be filed online to process a REFUND which she did not want to do. The form is standard on our website which customers use if they want to return a product but she refused to fill it out. First customer who refused to do so to fill out a SIMPLE form for the processing of return/refunds. Since she's probably an "old lady" who cannot really understand what we're trying to point out and explain to her, we refunded her payment back to her (IN FULL!).  Her claim that we "refused" to refund her money is NOT true. We were just trying to explain to her what took place,  and she filed this report just because she's worried that we won't return her money back. 

Our company has been selling bidets for more than 10 years and it's not on our best interest to RIP people off. Filing this report on RIPOFF website is not an appropriate action for her as we never intended to RIP her off. If we have to RIP her off, we should have not refunded her money back to her - then that's RIP off.

Calling a business a "scamming" business is not appropriate either. We are legitimate business. You can search our records for legality. This woman has used inappropriate "words" for our company and if we have to ask our lawyer to sue her, we would do so and we would be glad to do so. She had over-reacted and the report filed is over-exaggerated.

Please tell me what these companies are that accept returns of bidets?  Inferior?  They stock several brands so are you saying that all the brands are inferior?  This, to me, just sounds like a hysterical man who didn't get his way.  He did not list any true facts whatsoever.  Hardworking companies and their employees should not have their reputation foiled by uneducated people who don't know the policies before they purchase and clearly do not know anything abou the product they are purchasing.
