SanJay doesn't fix anything but is ready to pick-up his rent. DO NOT RENT from them. SanJay talks down to women. Carol never comes around to check the property. Dishonest, slumlord make threats that he has lawyers.

Barbara along with her family rented one of the 2 bedrooms apartments we owned. Upon non payment of rent, she was given 5 day late payment notice and then eviction followed with in the next 10 days. The attorney who represented us, was Mr. Andrew Hull.
We have many tenants who are there for years and have had no complaints. It is unfortunate to see Barbara makes completely wrong and baseless statements just because her family got evicted for non payment of rent.
