Sansone Auto Mall Ripoff Avenel New Jersey

I purchased a 2004 Nissan Maxima with 2 month of warrantee. After a couple day of driving the car the brake light turns on.

I went back to the dealer and mentioned it to my sales rep they took the car into service in Nissan maxima and told me there was nothing wrong with the brake.

I drove the vehicle for about two more weeks than the break light came on again along with the ABS. I went back to the dealer and my sale rep send me to Mazda service after the car being there all day when I went to pick up the car they told me that is a manufacture problem and is not going to affect the car.

Now I own the car for 10 months no warrantee and the abs module pump broke and no sensor on the left rear. Here I go again to the dealer and this time I go and see the manager I told him the situation and he told me to call the following day.

The following Morning I appear at dealer after someone gave me a jump on the car because it was dead from the pump running all night long which drain the battery. Waiting on the manager to come my sale rep appear first than him so he send me to Nissan maxima service.

Nissan service didn't help and send me to Mazda cause that was were I was originally going for service. So I go back to the dealer by that time the manager got there and we spoke so now he sends me to Mazda service.

I go pick up at the car at Mazda service and the told me the problem and an estimate price of 3000.00. The dealer doesn't want to pay for it or give me a trade in.

Now on stuck on a car that doesn't work and can't afford to get it fix.
