Santarell Custom homes turned my new home over to me in a filthy and uncompleted mannor. My new carpets were filled with saw dust and marked with stain from the ajacent hard wood floors. In addition almost every wall in my house had serious imperfections; such as nail pops, cracks and bare spots that were spackled areas were not painted.
The electrical outlets in my bathroom have never worked nor has the hot water in my bathtub. After trying to install my cable, I learned that the electrician never connected the cable to anything, leaving a 3 foot piece of cable connected to the wall outlet.
My land was never properly graded and I have a serious water run off problem which caused an enourmous amount of damage to my landscaped yard, leaving ruts and gulleys everywhere. This run off also damaged my new driveway.
Joseph Santareeli refused to make the reapirs, complete the job or answer my phome messages and emails. This house is still under warranty. I know several customes with similar problems. I am currently serving in Iraq. When I asked Santarelli for help prior to departing he answered with one email. He blamed the government and military for his bussiness failures and bankruptcy.

You must understand my position on this matter, until the complaint that has been filed I will not service this Job. I believe that the complaint was filed in the wrong format since I was never given the proper chance to perform any work requested. Once the complaint has been removed I will gladly perform my duties. On your end the damage of a complaint could be much more damaging to my company than some minor repairs that could be corrected within a matter of some man hours. Please contact me ASAP when the complaint has been formally removed. You see, if I make all of my corrections and the complaint still exists, this complaint may cost me 10's of thousands if it has not already. I really feel this complaint was unjustly filed. Please let me know if you disagree with my position.

Just to clear the record, this Person was very happy when I finished working on his home when he moved in. Within 2 weeks of moving In I completed a Pumch list he had given me, He then gladly paid my balance. Since this customer has moved in I did not recieve any complaints that went un-attended. This man decided to complete his final landscape package and driveway install himself to save money and wants to blame me for his problems.
People need to know the facts, My buisness has not failed nor filed Bankruptsy, just another lie from a consumer looking for more than they deserve.
