Show customers why they should trust your business over your competitors...
Sarina Kataria purchased cleaning services from our organization. She then complained to her mum that money had been stolen from her account and issued a charge back for our transaction.
She promised to pay back the money charged back but has since refused to do so.
Do not provide any credit to the customer, she is not to be trusted and engages in fraudulent practices to rip off small businesses.
If she contacts our company (She knows which company) to pay I will remove this report.

Sarina Did Another Charge Back

Our debt collection agency contacted Sarina.
She made payment and they paid us but then Sarina did another charge back and now the debt collection company is chasing us for the money back.
This is an extremely frustrating situation.
We provided services at the address above after it was requested by Sarina.
Sarina has done multiple charge backs, so essentially we paid for the service for her for free.
The dishonesty, wanton disregard for small business and willingness to scam not only her bank but multiple small businesses is quite disturbing.
