My Aunt who is terminally ill with cancer purchased a clothes dryer from this business. When she got it home it did not work, it kept shorting out and had a burning smell. I Loaded dryer into van and brought in receipt. They refused to refund her money which for her was a load of money to her. They informed me that they policy is no refunds. I noticed no place in the business did they have signs about their warrenty policy and so I asked them if they told my aunt their policy when she purchased dryer and they said "NO Why should we". The people claim to be a Christian Business and in my opinion they are skum sucking pigs. I have filed complaints with our state's attorney generals office. Warning to all do not do business with these crooks.

Our posted and stated warranty on all used items is 30 days provided unit is serviced by Saunders TV.

No one called us to let us know that they were having a problem with the dryer. The first time we heard anything about the dryer having a problem was when Carol (who I guess is the niece of the person we sold the unit to) came into our store, a week after we sold it and she said she had the unit in the back of their car and she was demanding her money back (not her aunts money), who was the original customer. My employee explained to her our service policy and was about to explain that if the unit was not repairable and it was a default of the dryer that her aunts money would be refunded. At this time she said her aunt's son had purchased her another dryer and she just wanted the refund. My employee explained that that was not the way the warranty worked and she got irate and started yelling (Our other customer that was in the store at the time left saying she would return after the wild woman left the store). At this time my employee asked Carol to calm down or leave the store. Then Carol demanded he call the police because she was not about to leave. He called the police they arrived asked her if she would leave peaceably she refused so they arrested her she argued with the police they double handcuffed her and took her to the car and hauled her off. This woman is now suing the police officer for excessive physical force.

The aunt has since called to let me know she had nothing to do with her returning the dryer and she was sorry for her nieces actions. The person who filed this ripoff complaint is just trying to get the money for herself. I told the aunt that if the unit was returned to us we would work something out and if it was truely bad we would refund the money. She said the unit had been destroyed. and could not be returned.

Carol is a very unreasonable no common sense person who demands her way and if she doesn't get it throws a fit.Even her husband left the store when she went wild. She has complained to the BBB, and the Justice department and has contradicted her self in so many ways that she has trouble making anyone believe her. I feel bad for her aunt and would not rip off anyone cancer or not. The police officer said I should keep track of my time and take her to small claims court and make her pay for the trouble she has caused. I am not vindicticve but I am getting tired of her constant harrassment and lies. I think she thought this was a quick way for her to come up with some money and her little ploy failed. I have sent a copy of her letter to the BBB, to the police department. Because in that one she says there was absolutely no force used at any time. But she is suing them for excessive force. Trouble Maker or what?
