Yes this is very true. They are well known marketing scams. I just feel sorry for the people that fall into the "dream"

The owners are the sad ones for the most part. Selling a person a far fetched dream while telling the person it is guaranteed.

I remember one of the morning meetings: Would you shovel cow manure for 7 dollars per hour for 2 years if you were guaranteed to have whatever you want at the end of the two years.

Making it seem like the management training program was guaranteed to be completed. You put your life in others hands when you are in the program. You have to get so many leaders under you , and produce a certain amount per week for 2 weeks. The only way to complete that is to sell the people under you the dream without feeling like crap.

After I high rolled on my first week, and they screened my goals for the high roller speech. I knew something was wrong. The speech I had to give was only to be about the company. You were required to state a exact date of when you will open up your own office. This is all to help sell the dream to new people.

After I had to get up there and lie during my high roller speech, there was an integrity breech. So i did not even want to make a sale because I did not want to get up there and lie to sell the far fetched dream.
