Savefuel ripoff cashed my check but did not send merchandise internet

Called them 25 May 2006, was quoted a price of $621.80 for two 2 liter HydroGens. Mailed check next day, they signed for it 5 June 2006 (I have the receipt), check cleared my bank 21 June 2006, have not received merchandise.
Sometime in July I emailed their customer service, no response. Several days later I emailed them again, got a "need order no., etc" response. I called them the next day, the man said he would get back to me within 24 hours. That was several weeks ago and nothing.
I still don't have my HydroGens.

All customers who were duped to the fact that out then manufacturer Scott Mitchell send false tracking numbers, can still get a refund.
Most already have, perhaps even this person.
Some people opted to wait for the new units to be shipped,
we left it up to their discretion
