I purchased a Pappa Johns gift card 12/7/11 for $6.00 that is worth $12.00. The site said it would not be available until 12/19/11.  I did not receive this but the site says the voucher was redeemed 12/27/11.  

I also have a credit for $10.00 in my account for referring someone, however was not allowed to use it towards purchasing this deal.  

The customer service number 800-975-0520 is not in service, the #800-441-1090 and the 972-479-5099 # after being on hold forever are only recordings to leave your call back number.
