Some or many of you maybe victim of savemore.com's scam. i am also their victim of scams, ordered 40$ worth of pillow in early october and received nothing. sure you can dispute the charge with your card company but the card company lost money and you are in their record of charge back which is not good for you. http://www.dallas.bbb.org/article/in-the-news--alert-on-savemorecom-31690 if you are really unhappy and want to take action against this scammer company and want to make sure other innocent people are not scammed by this company. Make an official complaint with your states attorney general's office and the FTC https://www.ftccomplaintassistant.gov/FTC_Wizard.aspx?Lang=en only than SAVEMORE.COM will be shut down and will face the punishment for all the thefts, i filed complaint, have you?
