I signed a contract with SBACorp. on Jan. 4 2010. I paid 899.00 upfront. I requested a refund after the 18-month window of time with no sale of timeshare and only communication initiated by me with comments alluding to progress when reality was, no progress.

After that request, I was unable to connect with anyone whether it be by phone or email.
