SBAO Watches Faulty merchandise delivered, disconnected contact info Monroe Louisiana

I ordered a watch from SBAO Watches on November 28, 2020.  I inquired about the delivery tracking multiple times, but SBAO responded that if it isn't received within 45 days they will process a refund.  On January 4, 2021 (38 days), I recived the watch in a small plastic bag with barely any protective wrapping, and both straps were broken off of the watch.  I attempted to email my order # and photos of the damaged watch to SBAO, only to have the email message bounce as undeliverable.

I suspect this is an unscrupulous person(s) who creaed a nice website with nice looking watches, marketed on Facebook and other social media, processed customer orders and received credit card payments, then closed up operations, knowing the merchandise, if ever delivered, would be faulty and they would be overwhelmed with complaints.  It is my belief that they will continue to engage and respond to customers while the merchandise is in transit, but opun delivery, their contact information no longer functions, or they simply block incoming email messages from those customers so they do not have to address the complaint and issue refunds.

I don't expect to ever receive a refund.  However, I want to alert other prospective customers to avoid this company and do not do business with them.
