SBFC financial I was charged 99.00 to initiate a loan process. The fact that I would later be asked to pay 1,650.00 dollars for a business plan and credit cleanup was not disclosed My credit is in the 700's. I fe UTah, Nevada
Show customers why they should trust your business over your competitors...
SBFC wanted to charge me 1,650.00 to write a business plan, and clear up two miner items on my credit report. My score is in the 700's. A 99.00 dollar payment was made to initiate the underwriting process. I was not...at anytime told that 1,650.00 would be required to further my loan interest. This feels like a scheme to me. The original contact told me the process would be fast and easy. NOT SO! Valuable time and money has been wasted.
