I have called these guys. I need a refund because I got nothing from them. I've called but no refund has been granted. So, since I have not gotten my refund I'm reporting them to the ripoff report and hopefully that will get their attention. I'm doing what I warned them I would do.

Small Claims

You never know about small claims court. They could file a counter-claim. The small claims courts are usually 2-bit judges who couldn't hack it as attorneys.

Agreed - just file a small claim. That's the cheapest solution.

If you are really due a refund, small claims court is the way to go. If you win in small claims court, chances are your complaint is valid. If not, you probably weren't due one in the first place. They should be able to sort out your complaint pretty inexpensively.
