Scammers On Craigslist, Das Shippers, Money Gram car sale scammers posting to craigslist Rockford Illinois

i'm getting tired of all the scammers posting cars for sale on craigslist. THIS IS NOT CRAIGSLIST'S FAULT. they do quite a bit to warn consumers. everyday i log on and flag at least 2 scam ads. they are very simmilar ads.
1. late model car (2001 - 2007) or specialty cars (95 bmw conv.)
2. price is $2300 - $3700
3. desirable cars only, in the last week:
94 bmw conv $2900
03 camry $3100
04 lexus $3350
05 mercedes $3900
02 accord \$2200
etc, etc
4. when you email the "seller" you get a story (usually in very poor english) about how the seller has just devorced or been transfered and have a co. car.
5. car can't be seen because it is already "packed up for shipping"
6. you will be sent a form that looks real to request a moneygram be either sent to ebay, or yahoo. there is no company address just a persons name and p.o. box
7. do not try to buy one of these cars. my daughter has been saving for 2 years to buy a car and was all set to send almost $3000 of her own money to one of these scammers.
my biggest complaint is there is no one to report this to. i have tried all the local law enforcement agencies and they all tell me there is nothing they can do until i accually loose money. i also tried to contact ebay and yahoo (because these people are using ebay and yahoo logos to try to con people).
does anyone have any ideas as to who to report this to? in closing please don't loose your hard earned $ on one of these scams. also please protect your children, and any other less expierienced persons.

if it sounds too good to be true - it probably is.
