There is a group of individuals at Scanport that, will lie to you to sell their product and then when the product fail like in the case of my monitor will not honor the warranty further more you will get the rund-around from them, my scaner also turn out to be another piece of s**t that did not work from the get-go.

We are sorry to hear about the problems with your Scanport product. Our monitor warranty is a 3 year limited warranty. We have never refused to
honor warranty work on any of our products unless they have been physically damaged or otherwise disqualified from the warranty. In order to get
warranty work, you will need a sales receipt for the unit. All you need to do is contact us in one of the following ways:

1) Telephone : 626-839-8488
2) Email : tech@scanport.com

We will ask you to fill out our RMA request form, and fax us in to us with the sales receipt.

If you need to see all of our warranty statements, they are available online
