Scansource, Inc - Sales Mgr James Vogt End of year theft by credit card. Duplicate Charge 4 months apart on one of the last days of the year. Norcross Georgia

CPT Supplies purchased a demo printer from Scansource on August 28th. We paid for it with credit card as we do not have terms. On Dec 27th, Scansource took it upon themselves to charge our card again but this time for $50 more. After this was done, the books were adjusted so none of the employees could see this duplicate payment and help me. I got frustrated with several of their employees. It was at that point, Mr Vogt just gave me my money back and said we don't want you as a customer. Well, i don't want to do business with people that steal from me, either. So it's obvious that Mr. Vogt is on the credit card fraud and theft team at the end of the year at Scansource. There's no other reason to hide the payment, let us argue with all the employees, then give us our money and kick us out as customers. That makes no sense. No credit manager in the world would do this unless he was the one committing the theft or at least part of the theft team. Do not do business with Scansource. They have stolen from me 4 times! This will be the last.
