Get this - I call and order a personalized gift for the girls at my daughters b-day party. They send an email back confirming the spelling... I get the item and the name is spelled wrong. Most companies would correct since it was something they messed up
No this company they are hiding behind a return policy and a bad one at that The site says for large orders call - on the main page Then they send wrong and dont do anything to correct it
I had to dispute the charges and file a BBB office complaint.

While this is a year later I still think that this company is shady and not willing to correct the errors they make.
This was resolved via a credit card dispute and I did get my $$$ back after I filed my complaint but this was done via my credit card. The credit card company gave my $$ back and then collected from them. Just to be clear they were forced to pay it back. They did not do it on thier own.
When we did the return they tried saying the bottles were damaged - this company will try or say anything they feel will benifit them.
While we do regret the error made on the bottle *No they did not regret the error I was told to scrape it off* the error was on the back label. We normally don't even do back labels for customers, but in this case we did the extra work for free. * I was quoted a price for what I asked for no one offered any thing free* The customer could easily have removed the back label and the product would have been perfectly fine, minus the extra back label that we added for free.
Here is our return policy as posted on our website: ( Adam took my order over the phone and then later said he wrote my daughters name down how I spelled it- I think after 12 years I know how to spell her name ) Again this is poor business and parents dont spell thier kids name wrong.
'If you are unhappy with anything simply ship us back the bottle within 30 days and we'll give you your money back, no questions asked. Before shipping the bottles just e-mail or call to let us know they are on the way.
This return policy does not apply to multi-orders of more than 5 bottles. Due to the time and effort required to make these large orders we cannot accept returns. We do allow all multi-order customers to order a sample a bottle before ordering large quantities.'
In this case it was a multi-order of more than 5 bottles. The customer did not order a sample bottle. Considering all of this, we decided to stick by our written return policy. ( I put my order in and he called back and said that they would ship at a later time since he had other orders that had to go out 1st, then later told me I had poor planning ) I ordered with plenty enough time this company is not organized and thus has unhappy customers.
The other lady who also has a complaint it correct the vendor does not pick up the phone and really does not care the effect of the poor service level has on people.
