Scents of the Earth Recieved tree bark instead of resin.. Cape May New Jersey

You actually blame your harvesters for the poor quality of resins you sell to your costumers which is pretty sad, havent you ever heard of quality control? what kind of business are you people running, take some responsibility.

Yes there is bark left over on some resins after harvesting but very little, not like the giant pieces of bark youre passing off as resin, I work for my money and dont pick it off trees, I expect to get what I paid for..

I emailed and called your business, no one answered or returned any calls, the fact that you responded to this complaint three and a half months later shows your interest..

Opoponax is a resin which is harvested directly from the tree. In harvesting, sometimes bark attached to the resins. Our Opoponax, like many of our products, is sifted/sorted "in the field" by hand and not subjected to industrial sorted or chemical processing.

Our normal response time for emails is within 24 hours, for phone calls within 24-48 hours. I do not have a record of an email (and checked the spam filters to be sure), nor a phone call. If we were negligent in attending to a customer's complaint, it was pure human error and I am truly apologetic. We take our customers (and complaints) very seriously. I only discovered this complaint while working on other project.
