 Amazing how one customer can keep you tied up doing a repair while another customer takes it personally. YOU do realize that YOU cannot talk to people the way you did. How do I know that? Well for one, YOU WERE HUNG UP ON!!!! That pretty much tells ANYONE that YOU called and went all WITCHY with a B on them. THEY can only work as fast as the individual job will allow. SOmetimes a job takes longer due to circumstances beyond the workmens control. But people like YOU don't think of these little things. Oh YOU think about them and use it as an excuse when it happens to YOU but anyone else doesn't get that with YOU. Im thinking that the manager did the RIGHT THING!!! If you called up and spoke to ME that way, not only would I have hung up on YOU, but I would then call ALL my plumber buddies and WARN THEM about YOU!! Which is probably what is going to happen. What makes YOU think YOU get to talk to another person the way you did with them?? They don't value YOU as a human being what makes YOU think that YOU should be valued as a customer?? You get more flies with honey then you do with crabby. LEARN to POLITELY INTERACT with your fellow humans and YOU will find that YOU have a lot less stress and hardship.
