Schuylkill couny Children and youth Caseworker Susan Y. 4 children taken after showing a bruise of unknown origin to daycare. Pottsville, Pennsylvania

Two days before thanks giving my husband and I dropped our 3 kids off at daycare on November 23, 2010 and we showed the daycare a bruise that we had noticed that morning on our oldest sons back. The daycare did not have an idea of the origin. We went home and began preparation for the quickly approaching thanksgiving holiday when we got a phone call from the McAdoo Police Department which is where we lived that that time.

  We proceeded to go over to the police station and my husband and I we interrogated for 2 hours. I at the time was 7 months pregnant and emotional and tired started getting vocal and yelling at the police officer and the caseworker named susan that were blaming us for hitting our 4 year old son and briusing his back. We openly admitted that we had at the time spanked him once or twice for offences like running in the road but never on his back. The caseworker didn't want to hear it. They told my husband and I that we weren't allowed to have our kids near him alone and he ahd to go somewhere else until everything was done. I wasn't able to carry the kids and we lived with disabled family members at the time. They didn't care they said that we had a choice either I took care of the kids myself or they went to foster care and I tried to do my best with much difficulty. My husband was only allowed to see the kids in the evening for 2 hours. We went to court on December 21, 2010 and the judge said that we had violated the FSP and that we were idiots and that my health and the kdis didn't matter, I had to obey what was set forth by the courts even though if my husband and I didn't do what we did we would have probably been in a car accident multiple times or I could have hurt me or our unborn son. I went into the hospital that night as well as my hudband did but my husband was released that night and stayed at the house I was at prior. My family watched the kids while I was at the hospital overnight for monitoring with my pregnancy. The next day I was bombarded by a relative that I despised saying that that night they were taking my kids because we violated the court order again. That was on my birthday. I was required to be sedated that morning from the stress.

I tried to talk to supervisor multiple times and they didn't care they just yelled at me and said it was our fault and that we didn't deserve our kids when we were doing everything possible to take care of our kids and to get them send home. On christmas my  husband wasn't even allowed to see the kids. I was required to go over to my relatives house sometimes until midnight to get the kids to bed. In which was causing problems with my pregnancy like moer swelling and more pain. I told the case workers supervisor again and they didn't care once again. I was in the hospital off and on every other day due to pain and /or anxiety with this whole situation that I couldn't do my job as a parent properly and my unborn son was started to have problems. It came to a point on new years day that my OB/GYN said that I was to be on bed rest for the remaining days of my pregnancy since I was scheduled for a C-section in January and I was bombarded by harassing phone calls by the "foster parent' my relatives because I was not there. I told the caseworker and she shrugged it off.

I went into the hospital the first week of january for the scheduled section and they found bleeding and a tear in my uterus due to over exertion that I was being required to do when over the foster parents house with the kids. I was required to have multiple transfusions and I had to be put under general anesthesia due to my back being tense and the epidural not being able to be placed. 5 days later my and our newborn son was being released from the hospital and I was bombarded by the case worker and the foster parent saying I couldn't take the baby home and that I still had to go take care of the kids twice a day at her house after tearing my uterus and having a c-section.

 They started doing supervised visits once a week for an hour then that was it for both of us for 4 months when my husband and I moved from McAdoo to where we are now. Then they extended our visits to 2 hours. We didn't get overnight visits until april 2011 when we had to buy extra cribs and stuff since everything of ours went with the kids.

We got our kids back june 2011 and ever sicne they have had emotional problems with how they were treated by my relative someone that children and youth was paying treated my kids. My 4 year old son acts like he is worth nothing at times because he got beat up by the relatives kid, my 3 year old thinks she does no wrong because she was the shining star to the relative. My 2 year old cannot handle anyone leaving the house because she ahs seperation anxiety and thank god our almost 1 year old is pretty unscathed.

I have to deal with severe emotional problems and physical problems ever since this began and no one can or wants to help us crawl out of a hole or make them pay because it seems to us like children and you can do no wrong.
