schwan's employee $30,000_$40,000 is a way to get employee's in the door, it's all about the customer not the employee Nationwide

I was promised in 6weeks I would have a route built in belfair and tahuya. After all the hard work I put in to the ears finding out most of the homes are vacation homes or time shares. Now people are leaving the depot because they have changed the pay structure. Now I have been running a route that only makes $8.00 a week in commission my take home pay is $300 a week. If you believe that you'll make $30,000 a year think again.I have a job interview and I can't wait to get away from schwan's.I work 60 hours a week and don't understand how they can get away with not paying their employees ?
