Absolutely horrible experienc! I spent 3 days on the phone with different representatives just to find the salesperson who knows about products they are selling. After 3 days, I finally ordered the items I needed and paid for expedited shipping, also was promised that the items would be shipped same day. However, next day I received email that the order is cancelled for some unknown reason. Now they are telling me that the product I need is out of stock. It's simply impossible to reach them over the phone, seems like they always closed or something. Customer service is awful, absolutely unprofessional and rude. Will never buy from this company and would never recommend to anyone.

Currently we do not offer expedited shipping on our website, where your order originated from, however we are looking into that possibility in the future. Thank you for the idea.

All charges incurred by you were credited back to your account as soon as we saw the products were out of stock.
