ScooterNitro - ScooterFlex deceptive trade practices Nixa Missouri

ScooterNitro sells scooters representing themselves as a "bricks & mortar" dealer also having a parts department. They are not. They are a drop shipper who never sees the scooter and offers no support. They sent me two scooters that were both missing major parts. I have tried to resolve the matter of missing parts through numerous e-mails and phone calls to scooternitro. Four months after the sale, I have no parts and scooternitro has gone out of business. I should say they have quit using the name scooternitro and now do business as scooterflex.com. These people are running a scam operation.
