Scott Anthony Berg Scammed me out of $4200.00 claiming to be a Real Estate Investment. Tempe Arizona

Scott Anthony Berg and i were engaged to be married in 1982.He was stationed in the Military at Ft. sill Oklahoma. The relationship did not last and he ended up getting out of the Military and moving back home to Riverside California. I had not seen or talked to him in 36 years. Out of the blue on August 1st, 2016 he contacted me on messenger. At first i was happy to hear from him. He claimed I was the one that got away and that he thought about me alot over the years. To make a long story short the only reason why he reconnected with me is to con me out of money. Since we had a past i trusted him and thought he was trying to help me out cause i was having financial difficulty. All he ended up doing was stealing $4200.00 from me on a so called Real Estate Investment. It has been 17 months and i havent seen a dime and i know i never will. If he could do this to someone he claimed he cared about then he will do it to anybody. This man has no moral compass and has no remorse or conscience for any of his victims. He served 9 years in jail for fraud but unfortunaltely i found that out too late. I have read other rip off reports about him and my heart goes out to his other victims. He does not care how taking this money had affected my life or others lives. If i can help out someone else by them reading this then it was worth it for me to post. Scott has not learned his lesson and is still continuing to prey on people. I dont understand why he has not gone back to prison for this. If any of the other people that have been scammed by him want to contact me i will be happy to see if we can join together to stop this madness before somebody else gets hurt. Thank You!
