Scott Brian (Brophy) hes a tattoo scratcher that did a TERRIBLE job on my tattoo. After 2 rounds of antibiotics, its finally healed. What a piece of crap it is though! He's going to give someone a deadly disease! Levittown Pennsylvania

I got tattooed about 4 months ago by this guy and he messed up my leg terribly. He's going to end up giving someone Hepatitis or worse. He has since been fired from that shop for being the hack he is, and is now tattooing out of a bedroom with no means of sterilization. my tattoo took just about that mount of time to heal completely, after 3 rounds of strong anti biotic. This guy is a hack, and is going to seriously hurt someone.
