They were leaving harrassing messages on our answering machine at home, asking us if we just didn't want to pay our bill even though we were in the middle of filing bankruptcy due to costly medical expenses and when you answer the phone, they say "I know you can hear me" and were very rude. They'd call us at work, our cells, our home and leave nasty messages to our supervisors.

Lets face it, you have to owe them money. Its not their business to care that you are filing for bankruptcy. They have a debt to collect from you. Since they cant come and take the money out of your kneecaps, they have to call you and harrass you. I would suggest that if you wish to get rid of these ppl, PAY WHAT YOU OWE!!!!! Its not a ripoff or a scam for a company to call you multiple times a day to collect on a debt YOU OWE!!!!
You then compound your problems by posting a negative post about a company that is doing what it legally can to collect a debt from you. See RoR doesnt remove posts, AT ALL!!! You have posted on a public forum bad mouthing a company doing business legally. Not only have you shown yoursef to be a dead-beat who cant pay their bills. But you have also shown yourself in a VERY poor light. This company hasnt ripped you off or scammed you. Lets hope for your sake that they dont find this post and figure out who you are. They might sue you for defamation of character, or they may jack up how much you owe because of interest.....
