Show customers why they should trust your business over your competitors...
I had to call The Hartford which is my insurance provider to have my vehicle jumpstarted. Insurance was willing to pay up to $75.00 for a jumpstart. Then they scheduled it with Scott Smith's Towing. They called and they said it would be an additional $40 plus tax to come out because they get $5.00 per mile. I said no I will not pay for that. They wanted to collect $75.00 plus $40.00 plus whatever tax they feel like getting and I said NO. I was not happy at all so I called back the hartford and had them schedule service with someone else. Come on really who in this world would pay this.

So how were YOU ripped off? As I see it you were not. This is the cost to get your vehicle jumped. Im guessing your one of the unfortuante ones who is stuck in the horribly cold 1000 mile blizzard. So someone should come out and ONLY accept whatever pitance YOUR insurance company is paying?? You know you wouldnt be so quick to file a FAKE post if YOUR livelyhood was towing people and some cheapass wouldnt pay the going rate. I hate to say this, but other then having someone driving by help you, THIS IS THE COSTS!!! So whine a little harder why dont you, its barely covering your cheapskateness.
Really you just cant fix that level of stupid. Someone is supposed to DRIVE to YOU and perform a service and ONLY get paid in pennies. You must not have to work for a living because if you did you would understand that THINGS COST MONEY!!!! And having someone DRIVE OUT AND RESCUE YOU is going to cost you. Why would you think that the costs associated with this is ONLY what YOU WANT TO PAY??
I swear they get dumber everyday.....
