This fat lazy guy doesn't care about his clients or right to be fairly charged. He feels perfectly entitled to overcharge people and to ignore communications from clients,  according to what's happened. He uses the excuse of having too many cases at a time to explain the unreasonable delays,  but I think if he were smarter and more efficient these things wouldn't happen.  Bottom line: this guy Scott urquhart needs to learn how to resolve his clients cases most effectively. My wife is disappointed by the legal advice this guy gave and I am very upset
