   My wife was told our ac unit had a leak and required 5 lb,s  refridgerent at 100.00 dollars a lb,  totaling 500.00 .. or  replace the unit for a toal i wont even mention. All this took place and no leak was even looked for.  My wife saiid the tech simply wanted to discuss a new unit, I told her to let him go. the short story is a friend and true professional came over gauges,scales,leak detector device ect....less than 3/4lb refridgerent required and a missing washer in the screw on cap where the gas goes in was replaced..... This has to be reported !!
