After losing our pool enclosure in Sept from the hurricane we finally got the salesperson from screenbuilders to come on Dec 6th 2004 - we were told if we signed the contract and gave a substantial deposit along with paperwork they needed for permit that day, we would have our pool enclosure in 6 months but most likely sooner because it was an EASY JOB. It's now been 7 months, it's in fabrication and was told it would be another 6-8 weeks, that is depending on weather. They lied from the beginning just to get the contract.

We have been working as fast as humanly possible in trying to satisfy the hurricane catastrophe.
Some problems are in our control and some are not. The screen industry has been changing daily affecting our normal day to day scheduling. This is a FACT per Patty Pensa's article written in the Sun Sentinel titled County alters pool enclosure codes.On top of that Suppliers and factories are not keeping up with the hurricane damage replacement. There were thousands of jobs that were destroyed and we have been unable to deliver all of them in a normal or even accurate estimate of time.
This customer was not lied to. We are the largest screen Company and a reputtable one.We have no need to lie to customers to obtain contracts.
