I purchased and registered EasyCard software on November 15, 2003. I was charged twice for the registration and purchase. I had asked Julian Miller of Scriptsoftware for a credit on my Visa card, but he unilaterally decided that issuing a credit was a hassle. When the charge occurred on two successive statement from Bank One, I decided to make a complaint to the BBBs in North Carolina and Virginia. BMT Micro is the company that retains ScriptSoftware to manage the purchase and registration of software; yet it seems to have no concern at all about this situation.
