I also have had problems with Mr Jim Kennedy. Mr Kennedy is in Indiana now making business making money because I gave him 11,ooo.oo dollars never finished the roof job and never did the interior. He breached the contract obligation and now wants to take me to court for defamation because he said I am a liar about him ripping me off. I am on Complaint board site and there is another victim name kiwimay and you can read me and Jim Kennedy argueing. I mean by 2010 in spring time he claims he did some work for a church charging them $30,000.00 dollars and did the job for them. So Jim is not broke he is just ripping people off.
