Sea And Air International Cargo ripoff - 5 months for delivery from california to france - and still no delivery. Asking for more money. North Miami Beach Florida

Sea and Air International Cargo had my goods picked up on Nov. 23, 2004 and promised delivery by January 2005. It is april 2005 and still no delivery. For months they kept telling me it was only 2 more weeks waiting (I kept the emails). I have stopped credit card payment of the shipment - and now would like to get some compensation for my lost shipment. Sea and Air now says my goods are in france (only after i stopped payment).
I'd like to see them go out of business - but then they will just open up under a different name.
