Sea Hag 2 A/C service in montauk Richie Charged me $6350 to change A/C unit and it doent work Montauk New York

This guy calls himself Richard the great? Thats got to tell you something! He told us we needed to change both the air handler and condenser. We paid him $6350 in advance. It never worked from day one. He then claimed that the wire needed to be changed netween the unit and the breaker and I needed to call and electrician. He came back and claimed to to replace the fan motor on a brand new Trane unit! He told me it was repaired so I cancel the electrician. The unit still isnt working, his response was "I can’t help you.” Stay away from this guy he’s a crook!
