Sean Douling, Student Services, Sean Douling said he was with student services in relations to the Obama student loans forgiveness program and asked me all the regular questions and got my personal questions such as bank information Woodland Hills California

I received a text message from Student Services saying that they were with the Obama Student Loan Forgiveness Program and we went the normal process and they asked me the normal questions such as first and last name, social security number and bank information and set up payment dates and everything for February 5th and March 11th, April 11th, May11th, and June 11th

To Whom It May Concern:
On January 5th, 2016, we received a call from an interested party about our services. This person's name is Breosha Davis. Breosha inquired about the assistance programs for Federal Student Loans. Breosha was fully informed and disclosed of all information pertaining our company and our services. Breosha was given a service agreement with a 5 day right-to-cancel. Breosha performed on this service agreement by requesting to cancel on January 6th, 2016. Breosha was contacted via both, telephone and email on Feb 1st, 2016, to confirm the cancellation had been processed and the account was successfully closed on Feb 3rd, 2016.
Lastly, Breosha was never charged for any services. We are a rated A Company with the BBB and have gotten absolutely no outstanding complaints as we have taken care of all our clients accordingly. Thank you for sharing your concerns.
