Sears Credit Cards - Citibank Gotcha Fees and Interest and the selling of a bogus credit analyer tool Hanover, Massachusetts

Charges optician services, after which I paid in full. After the fact received a bill with a fee for $39 with interest of $10.  Called to protest and to terminate the card. I was told that this would jeopardize my credit rating and I should purchase a Credit Analyzer tool with a monthly fee.  A penalty for cancelling a predatory lender?  Outrageous!!!!!!!!!  These people are shameless!  I am in Regulatory Affairs and I follow the Payment Card Industry.  They are shameless!  Do not fall for this trap.  I insisted that they cancel these fees which they did.
