I contacted Seaside Vacations after seeing their web site www.seasiderealty.com They responded quickly and provided a short list of properties that matched my requirement of a good beach location & view as we wanted to spend our time on the beach.Stella responded quickly and after looking at the property online we booked Property 0812 SAILS III at the 16.5 mp. in south Nags Head.

Our checks were cashed and this was where the good service stopped. Upon arrival, after being told to check into a location that was actualy closed, we found to our horror that the house was in the shadows of a 7 storey Comfort Inn. The photos on the web site did not show this and neither did Stella mention it at all. There was no view at all to the south of the property except the hotel. There was almost no useable beach. Anyone staying in a room on the north side of the hotel could look directly into the property.

After finaly speaking to Alex Crawford, manager, who really did not care, he said that if they described the property adequately it would never get rented. We have photos to prove our case. This ruined our vacation.
