Seattle Coffee Direct Rip off-fraudelent credit charges- Evanston Illinois

I ordered a 5 for $5 deal from Seattle Direct coffee. You got two bags of coffee, 2 coffee mugs, and a grinder. I asked for ground not beans, because I don't like to grind. When it arrived, I got beans. I called and they said give the beans away and they would send ground. When the DSl package arrived it was beans again! i called and said just cancel and I would send the beans back. They said to gift them, I would not be charged, and they would still send the ground. I never received the ground and was charged twice on my credit card for $48.95 each in the same month.
