On June 5, 2014 I conducted a mystery shop for this company where I should have earned $20. Up until today, I have sent several emails that mostly go ignored. When they do take the time to answer, they tell me they will charge me $35 to investigate the missing payment and/or I should go to my local post office to inquire about this. I have gone to the post office and there is nothing I can do.

It's been more than six months and still no payment. It seems dumb to pay the company $35 to investigate a missing $20 payment. I feel I am being ripped off!
