We prepaid for a full year of monitoring service in April and then found out we were moving out of state in May. I cancelled service on July 1, with nine months remaining on our contract. Secure America refused to give me a refund for the remaining months. Even though there is nothing in their contract stating this. I have filed with the BBB and the state attorney general.
