Secured Document Services,  "DEED PROCESSING NOTICE"

This company is targeting new homeowners all over the US, claiming to give you a copy of your current Grant Deed and Property Profile. They charge $85.00 + $35.00 in fees, when you can go down to your local courthouse and get a copy of your property legal documents for a few dollars or a copy from your lawyer.  This is a SCAM Beware All.
