I purchased a pulsar chronograph watch from a department store aprox 14 months ago. The watch started to malfunction and one of the buttons fell off. Pulsar/ Seiko boasts a three year warranty so I took the watch to the Mahwah service center only to be told they did not believe the purchase receipt to be authentic and would not honor the warranty. customer service is horrible and the rep had very bad breath! I guess I will have to eat the $250.00 watch.

with the help of the retailer where I purchased the watch pulsar and Seiko and the buyer for the retailer is sending me another watch. Evidently it must be a contest at Seiko because seems a lot of consumers have this issue. Again even though they are replacing the watch I will never buy another watch from this company again thanks to Carlos at the window and Giovanna Acra who must approve of this behavior! You are bad new Seiko and this is the way the consumer can stifle your corruption.
