Show customers why they should trust your business over your competitors...
Company solicits as a replacement for cable offering programs from everywhere and video's. Is atually located in Maylasia.
Soliciting subscriptions through email. When you sign up you get no access then customer support tells you to wait 2 days for access code actually a delay to get the charges cleared while you wait.
When responding told them I found them in Malaysia, they cut the chat immediately and would not let me sign in again. Total scam that uses a phony display on the websight that shows major newspapers and legitimate TV stations but is a well placed scam.

Not True Did a Trace

I tried to trace this company and have a company that does skip trace. Their company does an open email and has no contact information other than by email. No phone and in a fifth attempt after this response the same BS a manager would handle. Already have an open skip trace and reports to proper authorities. Spent 22 years tracking these types.

Confused with company of the same name

The user who filed this report appears to have confused our company with another with the same name. While there is a company called Select-TV based in Malaysia, it has no relation to SelectTV.com, which is operated by FreeCast, Inc. and based in Orlando, Florida.
Users who sign up to SelectTV are given instant access to the service and are not asked to wait for payment to clear or anythign else. We also offer 24/7 customer support for any user that has problems accessing their account or using the service.
It sounds as if this user may have reached out to the Malaysian company's support, or perhaps there was some confusion in which our own support staff thought that the user was trying to reach the Malaysian firm which has nothing to do with us.
