Received mastercard statement today with $19.95 charge for foot products not ordered.Spoke with csr svc rep, then a supervisor who claimed she would enter credit for both months. The conformation# given was RT10006896. Credit should be on the next bill I was told.

I never heard of this company, and since I'm diabetic and had surgery 2 weeks ago, I surely did not order any medication for my feet online.
