As reported by the many others, not only was Ashley rude but also claiming that I did receive a CD (I did not!) but also that I received information about the monthly charges (I did not!). She also indicated that I would not receive a refund for all of the invalid charges. American Express stated that I would have to change my credit card number if the firm does not cease billing me.
