Selman Insurance ASI Hartford Lost Claims, Company will not answer phone calls, emails, Faxes. Have Faxed in Claims 3 times. Cleveland Ohio

Selman Insurance sells supplementary TRICARE policies to Retired Military.  I faxed in 5 claims over 5 months.  All went unpaid.  I have Fax transmission "OK" sheets on all of them.  I was able to get Anthony on the phone at Selman.  He told me Selman did not have any of the Claims! 

I faxed them again to Anthony.  I called to make sure he received them.  Hours on hold.  I used the Selman (800) 638-2610 line.  Endless hold.  3 times I selected the "call me back" option.  They promissed a callback in 7, 9, and 29 minutes.  This was over 24 hours ago. No Calls!

I sent them 2 Faxes asking them to email me if they received my Faxed Claims.  No answers from Selman.  I used their web contact page to ask about the Claims.  Never answered.  However, when I called the (800) 638-2610 number and selected "new customer" a living person answered on the first ring!  This Company is Scum. 

If you honorable served our country for 20 or more years and retired with TRICARE health coverage, DO NOT DEAL with SELMAN.
